Tracey Foster

Tracey Foster, M.Ost., B.Sc.(Nat.), B.Clin.Sc.(HSF), is an osteopath, remedial massage therapist and naturopath with over twenty-five years of clinical practice. She founded and ran her own clinic, Be Centred, in Byron Bay for two decades, and has spent the past three years working as a locum across Australia.

Her approach is hands-on and unhurried. Remedial body massage has been part of her practice for more than twenty-five years, and she now combines it with structural osteopathic techniques, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. Alongside this, she brings a naturopathic lens to what sits underneath persistent pain — nutrition, hormonal symptoms, gut health and nervous system regulation.

She is comfortable with complex or long-standing presentations, and equally happy with straightforward remedial and musculoskeletal work. She’ll take the time to explain what she’s found and what she thinks will help, so you leave understanding your own body a bit better.

Areas of special interest: I love anatomy and physiology, a bottom-up approach to trauma through neurogenic movement and nervous system regulation; women’s health and hormonal presentations (curated her own twelve-week WHAV Method education program); digestive and visceral work.
