Dr. Jeremy Jago

Jeremy is an AHPRA registered osteopath with a particular interest in treating neck, shoulder, lower back and hip pain, whiplash and sports-related injuries. He provides patient-centred, evidence-informed care tailored to each patient’s needs, goals and preferences.

His hands-on treatments include soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, joint mobilisation and manipulation, dry needling and cupping. Jeremy generally takes a direct, structural approach, while also incorporating gentler functional and cranial techniques where appropriate. He adapts treatment to each patient’s comfort and response, alongside movement-based strategies and individualised management planning.

Jeremy is also approved to see WorkCover and insurance claim patients, providing care that meets the relevant clinical and administrative requirements.

Jeremy completed a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University in Lismore. He grew up in Lennox Head, where playing AFL and experiencing injuries introduced him to osteopathy and influenced his pathway into the profession.
