Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a specialized form of manual massage therapy used to treat soft tissue pain and injury. It works by targeting the nervous system and the muscles it controls, hence the term ‘neuromuscular.’ The therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues, including muscles and connective tissue, to balance the central nervous system.
