Our Naturopaths Ballina take a holistic view of health, considering the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being. By focusing on the root causes of health issues, rather than just addressing the symptoms, our Naturopaths aim to promote long-term health and vitality.

The term "naturopathy" was created from "natura" (Latin root for birth) and "pathos" (the Greek root for suffering) to suggest "natural healing". Naturopaths claim the ancient Greek "Father of Medicine", Hippocrates, as the first advocate of naturopathic medicine, before the term existed.
