Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. They provide support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, mental health problems, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease and more.
WHAT IS AN AEP ?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are allied-health professionals with Medicare Provider numbers and are trained members of the health and medical sector. Allied Health Provider with a 4 Year University Degree qualified and accredited with ESSA.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) specialise in graded exercise therapy and lifestyle interventions for persons at risk of developing, or with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries (i.e. ‘specific populations’).
Brett graduated from Griffith University in 2009 and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia. He has worked in both public and private sectors and has a passion for delivering quality service and exercise prescription to his clients and patients.
Brett provides education and exercise programs specific to individual needs, for the treatment of acute and chronic disease and injuries such as COPD, obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, pain management, muscular skeletal injury, occupational injury, depression, cancer, weight loss and dietary advice. Brett enjoys surfing, yoga, strength and conditioning, nutrition and personal training.
Brett uses exercise as a form of medicine for disease prevention and management and he can show you how to make positive changes to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing.
